We extend a warm invitation for full bed and breakfast facilities in our much loved Victorian townhouse on a tree-lined, cobbled street, close to the heart of Edinburgh's New Town.

My wife Audrey and I are the seventh family in one hundred and forty years to own this beautiful Victorian property. The house was built by builder Alexander Henderson in 1863 and later sold to doctor in the Indian Army.

Brodies Guest House is only a 10 minute walk from Princes Street, Bus and Rail Stations and the Playhouse Theatre or Botanic Gardens. The Royal Yacht Britannia is a 25 minute walk away.

With good restaurants and pubs close by, Brodies Bed & Breakfast Guest House provides ideal accommodation and a convenient base from which to explore Edinburgh and many other parts of Scotland.

Although we are close to the centre of Edinburgh, the rooms facing on to our beautiful, stone-walled back garden allow guests to think you they are in the countryside as they wake in the morning to the sounds of birds singing.
